After the Sunday Services in February, you will find a table set up along the walkway where a volunteer can answer questions and take your registration. The flyer can also be found in the free literature displays at the Phoenix Temple. A flyer containing registration information and a registration form can be printed from the link below. Registration begins February 1st and will continue until all space is filled (usually about four to five weeks).
RRC will provide comfortable guest rooms, vegetarian meals, views of the Sonoran Desert, and is the site of ancient Hohokam petroglyphs. The Redemptorist Renewal Center is located high in the Sonoran Desert foothills northwest of Tucson. It is open to all Self-Realization Fellowship lesson students and Kriyabans. The retreat will focus on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda with extended periods of silence, group energization, meditation, classes and satsanga.
We joyously look forward to seeing all of you as we begin to open up the Temple for Sunday School activities once again.The Phoenix Temple will host a Southwest Regional Retreat at the Redemptorist Renewal Center at Picture Rocks in Tucson. The classes will include a short period of meditation along with instruction in Paramahansa Yogananda’s How to Live principles. If you are unable to attend, or would like more information, please contact the Sunday School Chair Matt Shea at Sunday School classes meet every Sunday during the Temple Lecture Service from 11 a.m. It would be our pleasure to meet the parents and the children, provide information about our Sunday School program and help you to register. to 1 p.m., to be held just outside the Temple after the Sunday Service. We will be having Sunday School Registration Meet & Greet events on Sundays, August 28, September 4 & 11, from 12 p.m. We ask that you please register your children and teens ahead of time before the re-opening event. Girls and boys ages 3-12 as well as teens ages 13-18 will be combined for this special re-opening event with students and teachers. The reopening will be on Sunday, September 18 at 11 am in the Lay Disciple garden. We are very happy to announce the reopening of the Hollywood Temple Sunday School.
